The world is too small for lovers of The Beautiful Game. In my blog roll are some of the soccer blogs I've come across. They clearly illustrate why I love this game. I play in a ladies' team, more like a hobby than anything. We do compete with teams way younger than us. What the heck, we all have fun. So in the next few months is competition time. There are several 7-a-side tournaments in the offing. Not sure if I'd be fit to join any of it. Well oh well...
On other things, Wayne Rooney just scored his 50th goal for Man United against Bolton; Cristiano Ronaldo is set to sign a new contract with Man United. Will Real Madrid step up their offer?
